Studio Artemy is a small European business, nestled in the magical city of Granada in Southern Spain

We work around the clock to fulfil all orders as fast as possible (usually in 24h-48h) from Monday to Friday, excluding national bank holidays.
You can check our different shipping prices and services to your specific location on our checkout page before placing your order.
If you're based in the USA, we handle all tariff paperwork for you, and you will see the tariff amount due displayed before checking out, avoiding any extra payments in the future.

In Studio Artemy, we care about the environment, so we’re proudly 80% plastic-free, meaning we try to avoid plastic as much as we can while also choosing shipping supplies that are biodegradable (such as our bubble wrap and mailing bags) or made from recycled materials. We have also contributed to the Eco-Packaging Alliance which helps global deforestation by planting trees in areas that need it.

We ship worldwide with standard postage, unless you specifically want your order shipped with Fedex.
Standard Shipping will be handed over to your local delivery service once the package arrives to the country of destination. You can use the same tracking number on your local carrier’s website for more information and time-based updates regarding your parcel. ✦ Will I be charged for customs and duties?
Depending on the country of residence, you may be asked to pay customs and duties for your order. Studio Artemy is not responsible for any extra charges or costs the customer may encounter due to specific importation regulations on the country of residence the customer is based in.
Shipping laws require us to list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any package as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
✦ Shipping Policies
- As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to enter your shipping information correctly when placing an order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
- We are not responsible for any package that is stolen.
- We are not responsible for any package that says “delivered”.
- We are not responsible for any package damaged in transit. However, please contact us at contact@studioartemy.com and provide pictures if that is the case.
- As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to be able to attend the delivery of your item. If an item is being redelivered to us because the recipient was unable to attend the delivery, we are happy to send it back to you once the item arrives at us first, and you (the customer) are responsible for assuming the shipping costs of the package as well as a restocking fee of 10% of the order cost if you wish your item to be returned to you.
- We have no more information or control over what you see in the tracking information. Please only contact us if the package goes missing during transit.
