Please make sure you are choosing carefully when placing an order. We are a small business and in order to provide everyone with the best experience and work as quickly as we can, once an order is received the information is automatically passed onto fulfillment right away so we may not be able to change your address or any personal information you provided when placing your order.

Studio Artemy does not collect tax for international orders, meaning customers are responsible for covering any duties that need to be paid in their country. If an order is returned to us or destroyed because of failure or refusal to pay duties you will not receive a refund.

Because our products come sealed from the factory, in order to provide every customer with a brand new product, we are unable to accept returns meaning all sales are final.
